Formed an Alliance with old Friends at Sand City Brewery and felt it only fitting to execute a sour worthy of such a reunion.

Brewed at Sand City South to bring you a sour reminiscent of the tropics . . .  albeit at the tip of a cutlass, walking the plank.

Wild Raspberry and fig aromatics, ripe starfruit, tropical smoothie mouthfeel, finishing with tart candy dryness

16% Imperial Stout 

with Roasted Hazelnuts, Coconut, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla and coffee from @spectrumcoffees .


Aromatics of fresh coffee grounds with notes of Frangelico as it warms. Candied nuts, heavy roast balanced by a sweet pillowy mouthfeel of creamy coconut, tiramisu and hazelnut spread.

French vanilla, toasted coconut and roasted hazelnut finish.

This is the pastry stout to end all pastry stouts. Liquid darkness and ABV will overtake you until the night pulls you into its fearsome embrace.

A unique take on our last collab using 100% Local New York State Ingredients, NYS Malt as well as wet hopped with NYS grown Hops - grown and picked by yours truly!   Aromatics of Bosc pears and honeysuckle. bitter citrus zest followed by flavors of dried apricots, dry Riesling acidity with a crisp Granny Smith Apple finish.

10 % Double IPA  

While forming an alliance with Fat Cat Brewing Co, only one thing came to mind 

- Feed Me A Stray Cat - 

So with the American Psycho reference aside, we teamed up for a refreshingly dangerous 10% IIPA featuring a crisp backdrop of our favorite malts and an intense dry hop highlighting Lotus, with Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy. Aromatics of Pamplemousse liqueur and sweet tarts. Mouthfeel of segmented juicy Naval oranges, jelly slices, balancing white grapefruit bite & tangerine zest finish. Orange creamsicle dominant second half.
